Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to chat with friends, change into a robe and relax before receiving your service. At Allure Medical Day Spa, we believe to indulge the body, inspire the mind and invoke the spirit, one must surrender the cell phone. We kindly ask that all beepers and cell phones be turned off when entering the spa.

Waxing - No tweezing or shaving 2 weeks prior to any waxing service.

Gift Certificates - Allure Medical Day Spa Gift Certificates are available at the spa or can be ordered over the phone.  They can be purchased for a service, package, or monetary value.  Allure Medical Day Spa gift certificates are non-refundable.

Arrive early - Arriving late could limit the time of your treatment, thus lessening the effectiveness of your treatment and your time to relax. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed receiving their treatment. The full cost of your treatment will need to be charged.

Age Requirements - While some of our services will accommodate pre-teens, we do ask that all children in the spa be of 13 years of age. The minimum age for massage is 17. We also ask that any children not receiving service please remain in the lobby and be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Attire - Spa guests are provided with a robe, sandals and a locker for your belongings. All jewelry should be removed prior to spa treatments. You may leave these items in your locker, take them into the treatment room or leave them at home for the day.

About Your Health - In regard to exercise or treatment limitations – allow common sense to be your guide. Please consult your physician before performing any fitness or health procedure, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or have hypertension. Pregnancy massage cannot be done until the first trimester is completed.  If you have any conditions that may be contraindicated for a service you are requesting, Allure Medical Day Spa reserves the right to require a release from your physician.

Parties - Spa parties can include anything and everything on our menu! Wedding parties, sweet sixteen, graduation, bridge groups, book clubs, we have even hosted birthday parties for all ages!

Making a Reservation - Please call (866) 214-7810 to schedule your spa experience. Reservations are requested. Walk-ins are welcomed; however to ensure availability Allure recommends a phone call first. Credit card guarantees are required for appointments.

Cancellation Policy - Twenty-four hours notice is required for all services and packages. Group cancellations require anywhere from forty-eight hours to one week notice, depending on size of the group and season. Details can be discussed at the time of reservation. When a guest fails to keep a scheduled appointment and/or does not cancel within 24 hours, credit cards will be charged or gift certificates will be used to deduct a cancellation fee.
