German built ZIMMER Z Wave Pro is the newest addition to Allure MD Spa & Wellness Center.
Zimmer Z Wave uses high energy radial shockwaves to reduce and improve Grade 1-3 cellulite (mild to moderate dimpling). During the treatment the system transmits powerful radial shockwaves into problem areas. This technology breaks down cellulite’s fibrous connective tissue and the surrounding tissue is affected and breaks occur in the grid of the molecules. This leads to a collapse of the gas bubbles within the fat structures (cavitation) and destabilizes the fat structures.
The high energy radial shockwaves scientifically proved to have a large impact on collagen structure and the skin connective tissue, improving blood circulation. It stimulates collagen formation, while the skin becomes more elastic and its firmness is visible after only a few treatments
Zimmer Z Wave is available in Monmouth County Central New Jersey at Allure MD Spa in Morganville / Marlboro Township. Contact us at 732-851-7005 to schedule your free consultation.
Before & After Zimmer Z Wave Cellulite Treatment
The Zimmer Z Wave Pro is the second generation in this radial pulse wave technology. Advancements include a second treatment hand piece, allowing operators to alternate hand pieces during treatments to maintain an even device temperature. This eliminates time consuming cool-down periods during treatment. The new Zimmer Z Wave Pro also allows the operator to achieve a higher energy setting. This will provide a more powerful treatment, leading to quicker and more visible results.
What is Cellulite?
Cellulite is the herniation of fat within fibrous connective tissue that manifests itself as skin dimpling and nodularity, usually on the buttocks, legs, and abdomen. This usually starts in women after puberty and rarely occurs in men. The causes of cellulite include a slow down in the metabolism, physiology, rapid weight loss, hormonal changes and genetic factors. Hormones play a dominant role in the formation of cellulite. Estrogen may be the most important hormone to initiate and aggravate cellulite. There is also a genetic element in individual susceptibility to cellulite.
